According to the latest update, please note general requirements for travel into Dubai International Airport include:

  • a negative COVID-19 PCR test, issued within 48 hours prior to departure, OR
  • a rapid PCR test with a QR code (mandatory), conducted at the departure airport within six hours of departure

Exception list to the above rule include travelers from: Bangladesh, Ethiopia, India, Nigeria, Pakistan, Sri Lanka, South Africa, Uganda, Vietnam and Zambia.

Another PCR test at Dubai International Airport is mandatory for arrivals from the following countries, as per the latest update on Emirates Airlines’ website:
