ONLINE VISA APPLICATION – WPC 2023

Dear delegate, 

To facilitate your Visa to Dubai, we have appointed Gulf Circle Tours to assist you and arrange your Visa application. 

Following are details and conditions you need to read carefully before applying. Once your application is submitted, it will be reviewed and if all is in order, a payment link will be sent to you for the visa. Your Visa will only be applied with immigration once all details are provided and payment is made.

Once payment for the visa is made, it is non-refundable and non-transferable.

We recommend you apply for your Visa at least 3 to 4 weeks before traveling.

The latest deadline to apply for your visa is 2 weeks before travel dates. Visa applications received with less than two weeks of travel dates will be processed only in emergency cases and at a premium of AED 500.00 cost.

Once issued, the visa will allow you 60 days from the date of issue to enter the UAE.

Please note the following:

  • Upload your passport, passport photo and the congress invitation letter only in JPG or PNG formats and not larger than 100Kb.
  • Additional information is required if you are a citizen of Iraq, Iran, Afghanistan or Pakistan, also to be provided in the before mentioned digital formats.

Who Needs to apply?

 

The following nationalities get a FREE OF CHARGE 30-day visit visa upon arrival at the airport:

Andorra, Australia, Argentina, Austria, Bahamas Islands, Barbados, Belgium, Brazil, Bulgaria, Brunei, Chile, Colombia, Costa Rica, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic Canada, China, Denmark, El Salvador, Estonia Finland, France, Germany, Greece Hong Kong, Honduras, Hungary, Iceland, Italy Japan, Kazakhstan, Kiribati Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg Macau, Maldives, Malta Malaysia, Montenegro Mauritius, Monaco, Nauru, Netherlands, Norway New Zealand, Paraguay, Peru, Poland, Portugal Republic of Ireland, Romania, Russian Federation San Marino, Saint Vincent and the Grenadines San Marino, Serbia, Seychelles, Slovakia, Slovenia, Solomon Islands, South Korea, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Singapore, Ukraine, United Kingdom and, Northern Ireland, United States of America, Uruguay, Vatican City.

 

Indian Nationalities with US permanent Residency (Green Card)
Indian Nationalities with a normal passport valid for a minimum of 6 months from the date of arrival to UAE, and have a Green card or permanent residency issued by the United States and valid for no less than 6 months, get a free visa for a maximum of 14 days. They can also apply to extend their stay for another 14 days.

 

Mexican passport holders are eligible for a multiple entry 180‑day visit visa that is valid for 6 months from the date of issue, and for a stay of 180 days in total.

 

All other nationalities require a Tourist Visa to enter the UAE by filling out the following Visa application below.

 

Dubai immigration procedures. As an added security measure, Immigration Authorities at Dubai International are now conducting random eye screening for visitors to Dubai. Visitors to proceed for eye screening are required to present a hard copy of their visa or a printed version of the visa number confirmation page at the screening counter. If you do not have a copy with you, a charge of AED 30 per copy applies ‑ payable only in AED.

Important notes

  • The cost of a single entry visa is AED 365.00 payable by credit card to Gulf Circle Tours LLC.
  • An extension is not allowed.
  • Gulf Circle Tours (GCT) accepts visa applications for Registered Delegates only.
  • Passports should be valid for a minimum of 6 months (180 days) from the arrival date.
  • Visa fees are not refundable and will be charged even if the visa is declined or delayed by immigration authorities.
  • Overstays are only allowed by applying for a Visa extension. Failure to do so will incur fines.
  • The Visa process usually takes 3-4 working business days depending on the immigration.
  • Visas can be granted or rejected at the discretion of the immigration and national security of the UAE.
  • Once applied, visa fees are non-refundable and non-transferable.
  • A penalty of AED 7000.00 if a guest absconds without a trace and then appears at a later date for repatriation. In addition to the AED 7000, a fine of AED 50.00 per day will apply. (to be settled at the airport upon departure).
